I received this new in box, but the box, shell and inside were so damaged and dirty that I decided to open it up. Comes with whatever inserts I could save. The inserts are Korean,
Winking mechanism still works, but it does get stuck a bit sometimes. Not sure if that's just poor design or due to age or what.
