So this was originally a radio controlled Pikachu toy. When I found it, the remote was missing and the electronics were all damaged, so I decided to gut it and clean it up myself!
Material feels like soft vinyl / sofubi.
Has two tiny faded pink stains on the front towards one of the arms. The paint on his ears is chipping off a bit as well. It's in great condition aside from that.
Size is about 7 X 4.5 X 4.5 inches. He's a BIG BOI. Part of the price is to factor in the extra shipping costs on my end to send something this big.
This was an officially licensed product, released in Korea in 1999 by Academy Toys. Not sure if it was released or made in other markets. Having a hard time finding any information.
