I forget who produced these, but they were sold at the convenience stores here around the time of Episode 8.
You would get either a plastic Vader or Storm Trooper helmet and inside would be a little bag of candy, sticker, and either a dog tag or pencil topper. I don't have the stickers anymore, but these are ALL of the rest of the items you could have gotten.
