This is an extremely rare Japanese version of Sonic Mega Collection Plus for the original XBOX system.
Sadly, it looks like the disc has some damage on the edges. I don't have an XBOX to test this on anymore, so I have no idea if it will affect the gameplay or not. Could be that the game data isn't that far out on the disc and that it still works.
But to be safe, I am selling this as JUNK JUNK JUNK.
