This is an official Korean release of Duke Nukem 3D for the PC. The red on the bottom right of the cover translates to "Not For Sale", so my guess is this was packed in with either another set of games, or maybe with a CD-ROM drive or something.

This CD is in very good shape. I was able to read the disc on my PC, but since the software is so old, Windows wont let me attempt to run it. According to the internet, the Korean version was censored. They changed the red blood to white and reduced the blowing up effects when enemies explode.
